Cancellation, Changes & Refund Policy
Our Policy
We understand that plans can change. We offer the flexibility to make changes to your delivery schedule or to cancel your order at no extra cost, provided the request is made up to 2 hours before your scheduled collection time.
Important: Any request to change or cancel an order submitted within the 2-hour window of your scheduled collection time will be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be added to your invoice.

- Your full name
- Your order number
- Clear details of the change you would like to make (e.g., new address, new collection time, or cancellation request).
Our team will do their best to accommodate your request and will confirm any changes with you via email.
